Peaceful and clean.
Lovely wee hotel in great location. Peaceful and clean, just what I needed after a very long day. Breakfast was really tasty too. Had an issue with the TV not working and no remote in the room but receptionist did everything she could to sort the issue. Excellent location and value

Lovely staff, room was smaller than expected, some hair behind the bathroom bin, everything else was clean and tidy, it was a comfortable bed. Small cups, normal size kettle, no decaffeinated tea, glad I brought my own. For the price, I would have expected 2 hand towels and an offer of proper milk than jiggers although the breakfast was cooked to order and was very good. Peaceful and Quiet
The member of staff (Marlene) was very kind. I had forgotten of my laptop charger but she helped me with one. Offered me a quiet space to do online meetings even after I had checked out of my room. Good vantage point to explore Glasgow
Hotel is conveniently located around 20 minutes on foot to the city center and 2 minutes from the subway station. Nice staff, rooms are comfortable and well heated, bathrooms seem relatively recently renovated. Decent breakfast, Scottish breakfast is freshly cooked to order. Nice hotel in a nice part of Glasgow
Rooms were spacious and clean, tidy and furniture not dated looking. Customer service is top notch, we felt very looked after. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance and also the Kelvinbridge subway station 5 mins walk away, accessible by crossing road or by going down an underpass which goes through a river under the bridge - a very pleasant, scenic walk. This is actually quite a nice part of Glasgow. There is street parking outside the hotel - pay by meter or app, not very cheap, but it is outside the LEZ zone so very helpful for us without a LEZ-compliant car. Rooms didn't have aircon but had high ceilings and there was a fan provided which was sufficient as the room just never got very warm, just right. We had dinner at Paesano Pizza which is a few mins walk away from the hotel - very nice Italian style pizzas. Great night sleep and perfect location and service
I was very happy with my stay. Stayed for TRNSMT festival and it was spot on. I walked too and from which was good as plenty of bars on the way to break up the journey. Location was great lots of places to eat and drink Room was better than my expectations bed was comfy and slept really well both nights As a big lad the bathroom was deceptively large and shower area was a good size. Very pleasant stay!

This hotel was a safe, clean, quiet, comfortable place to stay. It's an easy walk from the University of Glasgow with nearby access to bus routes and the subway into downtown. A wide range of reasonably priced restaurants and cafes are close by, as is the gorgeous Botanic Garden. The beds are comfortable and the traditional Scottish breakfast is tasty. L'hotel è in una buona posizione, sia per esplorare a piedi il West End di Glasgow sia rispetto alla metropolitana, raggiungibile in due minuti.
Le camere sono comode ma non pulitissime e richiederebbero un rinnovamento. In generale la struttura non è nuova ma conserva il fascino degli edifici storici.

Staff were welcoming and friendly, room was smaller than expected but was mainly clean and comfortable, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was made to order and was very good. It would have been better to have a small jug of milk at the table than having to go up to get it for a top up if you had a teapot.The room tea making facilities were adequate, small cups and regular size kettle, a bit difficult to fill with the small sink. When towels were changed there wasn't a bath mat and no second hand towel.  It was a comfortable stay, close to Kelvingrove Park and West Glasgow shops.
