Breakfast on Us in October

Mmm… what tasty treat are we giving away this month? Is that the sound of coffee cups a-clinking and bacon rashers frying we hear? It certainly is! And it can only mean one thing – breakfast is on the house for all guests staying with us October. You heard it here first folks, free brekkie for all!

As always, it’s super simple to redeem your voucher code. Just book direct through out website and enter, BREAKFAST, when prompted. So, what’s on the menu once you’ve bagged your free breakfast? Well, you can expect a tantalizing array of goodies to set you up good and proper for the day ahead. We serve fresh fruit juices and pastries, tea and coffee on tap all morning, toast, and cereals. If that’s still not got you full-up, then get our Scottish fry-up down you! There’ll be beans, sausages, black pudding, potato scone, mushrooms and tomato to give you a much-needed calorie boost that’ll keep you going throughout a day’s exploration. For inspiration on how to burn those breakfast calories off, read on to see our top activities to get you moving in Glasgow.

Roll Your Way to Fitness

Roller Stop Glasgow hold old-school roller discos every day of the week and boy, is it fun! Disco lights and pumping tunes set the scene for plenty of four-wheeled hilarity at this popular venue. Kids and families are especially welcome but there are a few adults-only slots too for anyone holidaying without the little ones.

Laser Quest

Fancy working up a sweat jogging around to 80s tunes while you try your best to shoot your opponents from atop a Blade Runner-style abandoned tower? Get a group together and book into Laser Quest, just south of the River Clyde. Fun guaranteed!

Hope on Your Bike

Usually we recommend using the Next Bike service for short hauls across the city to take in the main highlights but set your sights a little further afield and follow the canal paths along to the delights of Kirkintilloch or Bishopbriggs. Longer-term bike hire is made easy with Gear Bikes, Gibson Street, just a few minutes’ walk from the Albion Hotel.

Glasgow Mural Trail

Finally, it’s a good old-fashioned walk, with a twist. Glasgow City Council have been commissioning artists to reproduce some of the vistas and famous folk of Scotland on the sides of buildings for a couple of years now. Check online for the official route, pop your trainers on and get walking.
